I made this map to practice the two man running boost to rafters on de_nuke.

Here's how I make the jump:

Bottom guy faces redrock and runs backwards when the top guy lands on your head. (I think it's easier to see the top player land on your head.)
The top guy should jump a little bit before the edge. When the top guy jumps, the bottom guy must jump and hold duck before the top player lands on your head. 
If the bottom guy does not hold duck in the air, the top player will not be able to bhop off your head.
